RENHATA PLAN 2021 - AID FOR THE INTERIOR REFORM OF HOUSING IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY

An additional subsidy, depending on the points obtained in the scale: between 25% -45% of the protectable budget, with maximum amounts between € 3,000-5,400.







Documentation to be provided by the client
In relation to the processing of public aid for the Renhata Plan, in its contested year 2021, two different procedures have been established depending on whether the reform is completed or not.
OPTION 1: In the event that the reform is completed:
All reforms completed since last May 2020 until the end of the submission period according to the call are admitted.
Applicants will have to provide the collaborating technician with the following documents:
1. Document that proves the ownership of the home, such as a simple note from the Property Registry, public deed of sale, deed of inheritance partition, or any
another document proving ownership admitted by law.
2. Detailed budget of the works broken down by work units, with measurements and application of prices. If several companies, professionals or materials are purchased independently, it will also be necessary to provide supporting documentation
(estimates or invoices).
3. Municipal licenses or authorizations (building permit or license) that are required to carry out the works. This is mandatory to be eligible for aid.
4. Invoices accrediting the expense or investment made, in the name of the party requesting the aid and accompanying the bank document that proves that the payment of the
Invoice has been made through a financial institution, and not by cash payment.
5. Photographs of the state prior to the reform (if available).
OPTION 2: In the case of requesting aid for a reform without starting or without finishing
This year 2021 it is allowed to make requests for the Renhata Plan Aid without having even started the works or while they are underway. If you want to take advantage of this type of subsidy, you will need to prepare these documents:
PHASE 1: Initial application
Within the application period, the application for the aid that is intended to be applied will be submitted. You will need to:

PHASE 2: Final qualification request.
Once the reform is completed (it may be several months later) it will be necessary to notify the administration, providing the following documents, so that they give us the final approval.
4. Municipal licenses or authorizations (building permit or license) that are required to carry out the works. This is mandatory to be eligible for aid.
5. Invoices accrediting the expense or investment made, in the name of the party requesting the aid and accompanying the bank document that proves that the payment of the invoice has been made through a financial institution, and not by payment in cash.
6. Photographs of the final state with the completed reform.
The following documents are not required if the applicant gives his consent for the administration to check the data (there is a box for this in the official aid application form), only if not, would it be necessary to provide:
- NIF or CIF of the requesting party.
- Certificate of registration in the home that is the object of the aid.
- Certificates from the Tax Agency, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Model and the General Treasury of Social Security , of being up to date with their obligations.
- Certificate of the degree of disability of the occupant and registered in the home
