Technical Architect- Building Engineer-Superior Technical PRL with collegiate number 6495 in the college of surveyors and technical architects of Valencia and with number 85270 in the General Council of Technical Architects in Spain, I carry out Energy Certifications and Real Estate Appraisals for the entire field of the Valencian Community for dwellings of multi-family buildings such as semi-detached or isolated, commercial premises, complete buildings, whether existing or newly built. In addition, I carry out the evaluation report of the building for buildings of 50 or more years for communities of owners and the certificate of habitability or second occupation for the discharge of electricity, water, gas, etc.

If the community requires a visa cost due to the request of insurers, this will go to the margin of the technician's fees and the fees will be applied per m2 or unit of dwellings according to the magnitude of the building.
